They say Barbados is expensive but these are the days you see the best sites and you pay very little. Barbados is very cheap to travel by bus , 7 dollars £2.87 the main bus terminals are Oistins near the police station, Bridgetown and speightstown . it’s a very safe island so a wander on the coast is a must do but do keep your wits about you as every where has issues with not so nice people , cars are also very fast and pathways tiny so be careful to keep your eyes open for crazy cars , some of them don’t beep all the time .

you can also visit Needhams point, Harrison’s point , and East point .
If you do want to see Bathsheba and the sites at the other side of the island on a budget , get a bus to Bridgetown station and hop on a bus , there not as frequent as the ones that peep when they pass 😂 (even if your going the other direction) but they do get there . Also don’t forget the sugar mills, They have such beautiful views and would be great to visit if you get a bike , they have electric ones as well now plus tours that can plot your trip and go with you, depending on what kind of person you are or how confident you feel .
